I recently swapped to A-1 after years of frustration with C&C. The technician was awesome !!! They came to my house, found the problem with my Heating damper that was stuck. He fixed it free of charge. Finally a company that is not just about the "bottom line". This was the third time that they have come out since I changed service, Competence, Quality, professionalism and most important, very fair to the customer. My only regret is waiting so long to change service providers for my Heating and Cooling maintenance.

They relocated and installed a new A/C, replaced Furnace and changed thermostat. The crew had the old units removed for us. The crew was very organized and worked well together.
